Okupljanje i početak treninga je u 18:00 sati kod nadstrešnice iza restorana kod glavnog ulaza u park. Okupljanje je u 10:30 sati na livadi kod Spomen parka Dotršćina. Trening će početi u 16:00 sati, a može se doći na trening do 18:00 sati. Osim uobičajenog orijentacijskog treninga u ponudi je i staza "pamćenje" za one koji se žele oprobati u nešto drugačijem O-treningu. &lt;b&gt;Okupljanje je na livadi između Vidikovca i švicarske kuće. &lt;/b&gt;U slučaju lošeg vremena okupljanje će biti kod Vidikovca.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Za stazu pamćenje se ne mora posebno prijavljivati i startnina je besplatna. Za ostale staze potrebno je javiti na e-mail OK Vihora da se dolazi radi pripreme karata. Trening će biti specifičan i po tome da će se istovremeno održavati dvije grane sporta, orijentacijsko trčanje i MTB orijentacija i tko želi moći će nastupiti na obje staze. Rezultati orijentacijskog duatlona će se zbrajati za najboljeg u danu :). Ostali će imati priliku trčati na nekoliko dužina staza, a s obzirom da je trening posvećen kompasu i sprint utrkama dužina će biti prilagođena toj disciplini.
